Airlines and Big Financials Top the Week

Big Financials, which represent 7.2% of the S&P 500 index, generated a return of +5.1% for the week. In contrast, Integrated Oil & Gas, comprising 1.7% of the index, experienced a -2.6% decline. Among smaller groups, Airlines stood out with a strong +8.7% return. Semiconductor Equipment faced a significant setback, falling by -9.5%.
